States of America that the Department of Civil Registration and Census, Ministry of Home Affairs, Thimphu, has issued official guidelines for processing of new and replacement of Citizenship Identity (CID) cards for individuals residing abroad.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-63fe20c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"63fe20c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Consulate General requests all Bhutanese residing in United States to follow the guidelines to apply for a new and replacement of CID card.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ab7f062 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con
