Informal relations between Sweden and Bhutan began in the late 1960s when a Swedish NGO known as Kwinnliza Missiongarbetare Sweden (KMA) or Swedish Women Association, financed the establishment of the Zangley Muenselling School for the Blind in Khaling.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4225e4f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4225e4f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Mrs. Tshering Gyaltshen Penjor , Ambassador of Bhutan in Brussels, is accredited to Sweden. H.E.
