The Emergency Passport or Emergency Travel Document is intended only to facilitate the travel of the bearer back to Bhutan. Upon the bearer\u2019s return to the country, the Emergency Passport or Emergency Travel Document shall be surrendered immediately to the Department of Protocol, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
