The Ambassador of Bhutan to India is concurrently accredited to Afghanistan and the Ambassador of Afghanistan to India is concurrently accredited to Bhutan. Major General Vestop Namgyel, Ambassador of Bhutan to India, is the current non-resident Ambassador of Bhutan to Afghanistan. H.E.
