The Administration and Finance Division plans and prepares annual budget requirements in coordination with the Departments, Embassies, Missions, and Consulates. The Finance Division also maintains books of account and facilitates procurement and supply of goods and services.
The Division’s mandate is to ensure efficient and effective delivery of common support services relating to administration, finance, human resource, legal, and ICT.
The Division oversees ICT related services such as network management, internet connectivity, maintenance of the Ministry’s website, e-services and development of new systems.
The HRS is responsible for the Ministry’s human resource management and undertakes HR services in line with the HR guidelines.
The Unit represents the Ministry and provides legal advice on important matters to ensure the Ministry’s activities are in compliance with national laws.
